  • This trade is based on two things: Theta decay and probabilities that are reflected in the Delta score. Time (Theta decay) plus high probability of success (Delta) will, over the long run makes it possible to succeed and build a consistent daily, weekly, and monthly income stream. To use a baseball analogy, it is about winning the game by hitting single after single without the stress of having to hit a home run every time at bat.

  • No. This is considered a Passive Trade where you can spend as little as 30 minutes a day managing the trade. A lot of our community members place their trades via mobile phones. We do not trade 0 DTE or 1 DTE option contracts, rather we use weekly option expirations.

  • No. This is considered a “cash-secured” trade and not a margin trade. This account does require you to hold the trade’s max loss in reserve, which comes from your total account buying power.

  • Most 0 and 1 DTE strategies are “feast or famine” with a lot of time watching a screen and a ton of stress involved. Using a 7 DTE duration gives you the time to roll or adjust your position without the expiration day drama and stress. Our exit strategy does not involve doubling contracts and plowing in a bunch of cash trying to save a position.

  • If you make at least 3 trades a week with this strategy, each closed profitable trade will net anywhere from 2.5% to 3.33%.
